Narrative
EDWARDS CO., KS- A man died Monday morning in a wrong-way crash involving an 18-wheeler along the highway in west-central Edwards County.
The accident happened on US-50 just east of Kinsley, which is about 131 miles west of Wichita.
Police say that for unknown reasons, the driver of an eastbound 2011 Toyota Camry entered the westbound side of the highway and collided head-on with a westbound 2022 Peterbilt semi.
The 41-year-old driver of the Toyota died at the scene of the accident. Authorities identified him as Ronald R. Crabb.
The driver of the semi did not sustain injuries in the crash.
