Narrative
CANDIA, NH – Three people died, and two people were hurt following a multi-vehicle crash along the highway in northwestern Rockingham County.
The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on Route 101 near Exit 3 in Candia. This is about 10 miles northeast of Manchester.
Police say that an eastbound Toyota Tundra sideswiped a Nissan Sentra before entering the westbound side of the highway and crashing head-on with a westbound Jeep Grand Wagoneer.
The drivers of the Toyota and Jeep died from injuries sustained in the accident, as did a passenger in the Jeep.
Two people from the Nissan Sentra went to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
